Company description

The Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum is the memorial site of the S-21 interrogation and detention center of the Khmer Rouge regime. Located in the heart of Phnom Penh, it preserves a tragic period in history with the aim to encourage visitors to be messengers of peace.

Cambodia is a very surprising country, I was really impressed by this museum, it is loaded with history and many emotional life stories, all the sites are very well maintained and the staff is very well trained and informed. I’m from LA but I would definitely return for the emotional load experienced here! I recommend you visit!

The S21 extermination camp is a very difficult place to visit because of the emotional impact. However, it is essential to visit to understand the horrors of genocide. It's very emotional but worth seeing at least once in your life!

A museum of great historical value was a visit difficult to see but very necessary to understand what atrocities have happened in the past, it is very interesting that we can meet some of the survivors towards the end of the tour. I recommend visiting the museum!

Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum deserves to be seen, even if it hides terrifying stories of life! The atrocities that occurred here are unforgiving and a real eye opener of how the Cambodian people suffered and were tortured under the Khmer Rouge a good tip is to visit every building and every floor of every building, it will take you nearly 45minutes to an hour, but it is well worth it!

Even if visiting the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum is heartbreaking, it is still a must see attraction. Very well kept in its original state, the bleak conditions in which the victims were kept, a visit to S21 is a must to get a glimpse of what Cambodia suffered 35 years ago. I had a very knowledgeable guide who showed us 4 buildings. Higghly recommend Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum!

This is definitely a piece of history that everyone should remember! This place showcases some many acts in Cambodia. This museum has an amazing and terrifying story, was transformed from high school to torturing chamber and then a genocide museum. I recommend it even if it can affect emotionally!
