I hired Process Server One to find my 13 year old niece who had been missing for 10 days. Our family was desperate and felt we needed to hire a private investigator because we were not satisfied with how her case was being handled by the authorities. Whether she was a runaway or missing, she was a 13yr old girl that needed to be found before falling into the wrong hands.The investigator and his company did what the NYPD cosuldn’t do and found her in 2 days. He is truly a hero in our eyes. Our sincere gratitude to him and his company. Thanks for caring.

I wanted my husband followed but was afraid that he might find out. They assured me that he would not. He was caught by the investigator cheating on me. They got it on tape. They were very sincere and helped me in this trying time.

Called two other local investigations companies first but neither company answered the phone. I tried Process Server One a national company and they answered straight away. They were personable, extremely helpful and had investigators in my area that could help immediately. They kept in touch with me throughout the case assignment which I really liked. They completed it quickly and obtained the information I needed to advance my lawsuit. Will definitely use these guys again.

I've used Process Server One a few times to have some subpoenas served. Their service is the fastest and best price that I've found out. A lot of the other companies will charge you extra. They also send me automated updates when service has been completed. Not looking anywhere else. I will continue to use their services.

P S O deserves ten stars. The communications process was beyond smooth, and made things EXTREMELY easy. The staff was kind, patient, and very responsive whenever I had questions. Genuinely cares for their clients and will always stay in touch to provide updates. Within ONE DAY served the papers and told me will send the form that I need to be the next day. I hope I don't have to go through legal processes like this anymore but if I ever do, Process Server will be my to-go company. I can't recommend enough. I'm not the type to leave reviews typically, but I feel obligated because definitely deserve high recognition for the work that they do. If you need court documents served in CA, TALK TO Process Server!!!

People tend to only write reviews because of a bad experience they've had using a company, so I gave Process Server One a chance. I'm so glad that I did because this is by far the process serving company in CA. These guys served five subpoenas for my firm the same day. Our firm will continue to use Process Server for all of our process serving needs.

Great work indeed! I was having issues with my ex to sign some court documents that I need to submit to my lawyer regarding our divorce and it was getting frustrating. My neighbor told me about this firm and they responded right away. Explained the process to me and provided me with different options/ suggestions on how can execute the plan. We got everything all set and was able to complete the task. Was very professional and very knowledgeable of what they do. I was very happy with how everything went smoothly and I will definitely be using these services in the future. Thank you again, I really appreciate your help.

Rates are about average, but the quality is A LOT higher. Process Server definitely gets the job done. Just look at some of these comments - you can tell he'll do whatever it takes to make your deadline.

This was my first time dealing with Process Server One, and I would recommend them to anyone. I delivered the paperwork to them in the afternoon, and the process was completed the same day. I hope to never need to serve anyone any legal papers again but if I do, I will definitely use Process Server One. Excellent Service!!!
