Super easy to book my service, appointment and options. The sales rep (Alex) was extremely friendly but didn't take up too much time. And he didn't push any extra services on me--which worked, because I chose to upgrade anyway. A MILLION times easier than dealing with Time Warner, Charter, etc. Love them.

I stayed at the Punta Gorda hotel. Broadstar supplies the video. When I arrived to my room there were two channels out. I was heading to dinner and mentioned it to the front desk. To my amazement, when I returned from dinner the channels were working. The woman at the desk said they contacted Broadstar and a technician showed up in about 15 minutes and fixed the channels. I travel quite extensively and have never seen tv service like that. Very impressive. Wish I could get Broadstar at my house.

Sarah was great as she went out of her way to get me an last minute appointment that worked with my work schedule (M-F 8am-7pm). Also the two gentlemen who installed the router and boxes were incredibly nice and did a great job. Only been in place a couple days, but so far the internet is really fast and I have a stunning picture quality on cable.

The problem that I had was that I could not get connected to the internet. Mike from Broadstar checked out my modem and found it to be defective. He replaced it with a new one and that solved the problem. It was good to have the problem fixed so quickly.

Eric provided great customer service on Tuesday! I was truly pleased from beginning to end. Eric took time to assist with trouble shooting and then to service recovery. He also listened and “heard” my concerns regarding how important having WiFi was considering I work from home. Best internet service we have ever had, it's really fast! Super customer service! Very responsive to our calls whenever we did have the occasional outage. We had them for 3 years and if they were in Texas I would still have them as my internet service! Thanks for your help Melissa!

We recently moved our new company into an office complex with horrible connectivity. The productivity of our team was severely impacted. We called BroadStar and Jhon, Alex, Sarah and Erick instantly understood the urgency of our needing more bandwidth. They were able to expedite the process and had installation and service up and running in a matter of days. It's been only one day now but so far so good. I couldn't recommend this team more highly. What an awesome option when the big cable and internet providers let you down.

I was paying for a 5 Mbps down/5 Mbps up internet connection and they recently did some upgrades. They upgraded me to 15 Mbps down/5 Mbps up for free! Who else does that? Certainly not Time Warner.Thank you, BroadStar for doing a fantastic job and offering kick ass service. Just don't ever sell out to a major conglomerate!!!

I must say that BroadStar is different. I had dreaded calling expecting to be on hold forever and it surely was refreshing talking to an actual person. Kim listened to my concerns and I followed his requests and instructions as of where to run the cables (after I had tried to re-do them myself). Kim went the extra mile to correct the problem and made everything seem easy.
