I must say that BroadStar is different. I had dreaded calling expecting to be on hold forever and it surely was refreshing talking to an actual person. Kim listened to my concerns and I followed his requests and instructions as of where to run the cables (after I had tried to re-do them myself). Kim went the extra mile to correct the problem and made everything seem easy.
