I highly recommend Bianco Brothers Instruments. We've taken our knives into a couple places over the years and Vincent did the best job! He was nice, fast and it was a great deal! His rate per knife is the best deal I've seen and he did a great job. My knives are now super sharp!

Vincent did an amazing job on my kitchen knives! I have two knives from Japan that were pitted and had damage on the blades. They looked brand new when I got them back. He also sharpened two very old sewing scissors that I inherited from my grandmother. I am very excited to be able to use the same scissors my grandmother used. I am very grateful to find Bianco Brothers Instruments. No more dull knives or scissors for me!! Highly recommended.
