With 5 locations in the Northeast, Ohio area, we aim to be a resource for as many patients as possible. AxessPointe's health care teams provide diagnosis, treatment and preventive medical and dental services. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, most private insurances and provide a sliding-fee scale based on family size and income.
