- If a guest cancels a reservation within 7 days of arrival (30 days for groups), a refund is given if we are able to re-rent the room. We always try our best to re-rent the room but remember, you can always give it away to a friend or relative if your plans change. Any vacant room nights due to cancellation are forfeited in full and charged to the guest's credit card account. Cancellation fee $25.00/room
