I am not sure why this hotel only has three stars. I was a little skeptical because of the bad reviews but boy was I wrong. Me and my girlfriend got a three night stay through Priceline. The people in the front counter were very nice. The valets were nice people as well. We order r food one night through Uber eats and we're not provided utensils in our bag. Luckily, a very nice elderly security guard came up to the fourth floor and provided us with silverware, that was going above and beyond and I greatly appreciate that. I would not mind staying here again. Thank you JJ Grand Hotel.
