Beautiful ambiance, great service, good food, expensive, small portions.They have good clean delicious food. Its not fast or convenient food, its food that is prepared well and thoughtfully served.
Highly recommended hotel here in our region! My friends and I had our stay at this hotel a week ago. We were so happy and satisfied with the overall services that the hotel offered. The technician that this company sent to me was very quick, expert, and knowledgeable about ac heating repair. I am not sure why this hotel only has three stars. I was a little skeptical because of the bad reviews but boy was I wrong. Me and my girlfriend got a three night stay through Priceline. The people in the front counter were very nice. The valets were nice people as well. We order r food one night through Uber eats and we're not provided utensils in our bag. Luckily, a very nice elderly security guard came up to the fourth floor and provided us with silverware, that was going above and beyond and I greatly appreciate that. I would not mind staying here again. Thank you JJ Grand Hotel.
