Password recovery feature must be enabled within the router to allow a user to recover the forgotten login password. During the configuration process, a user is advised to enable the password recovery feature, so that in the future if a user forgets the admin password he doesn’t have to factory reset the router. To recover the forgotten admin password, a user has to answer the security question that he assigned while enabling the password recovery feature. Both the processes are done through the tplinkwifi.net window.
