- Standing room tickets generally cost $20 for Orchestra and $15 for Family Circle. They go on sale at the Box Office on Saturday mornings at 10:00 am for Saturday through the following Friday performances. One ticket per person, per performance may be purchased for cash only. The line often starts much earlier than 10:00 am. Student Discount Tickets for full time high school and university students, age 29 or under, are available for selected performances and may be purchased at The Met Box Office windows.
