- Reservation cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date (30 days notice required for special packages, fall season, and Holidays) are subject to a $25.00 rebooking fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. There are no refunds for early departure. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
