- A refund of this deposit minus a $35 re-booking fee will be made if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your reservation date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before your reservation date, then you will be charged the 50% deposit (unless we are successful in re-booking the room) plus a $35.00 re-booking fee. If the cancellation occurs 48 hours or less before your booked reservation you are responsible for all costs of the room.
