Shelton Injury Law, PLLC, in 2013. Working with his two sons, Eric and Evan, and older brother and retired judge, Steve, Stu has developed a firm culture where its members absolutely enjoy dealing with each other. Stuart Shelton presently focuses his practice on auto trauma/car accidents, wrongful death/survival actions, medical malpractice, dangerous premises, vicious animals, slip and fall, and nursing home neglect.
