- In the interest of good customer relations we understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We often try reschedule cancellations off-season if we can re-rent the room. We absolutely cannot reschedule on a weekend or prime season. One Night Reservations & Special/Packages: The total cost is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other dates or persons regardless of the date of cancellation. Two or More Night Reservations: From the date your reservation is confirmed, to at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival, a $35.00 cancellation fee will be charged per room. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 14-20 days prior to your reservation date. For cancellations within two weeks of your arrival date you will be charged the total amount shown on your guest folio. Early Departures and/or Inclement Weather Cancellations: Sorry, neither are refundable nor transferable to any other dates or persons.
