- Deposit is non refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of check-in day (2pm). Deposit can be refunded if more than 72 hours notice is provided and we can refill the entire vacancy. If more than 30 days notice is provided the deposit is automatically refunded. This policy applies in the event that you must cancel, change the dates, shorten your stay or make any other change to your confirmed reservation. A $25.00 bookkeeping charge will apply to all cancellations
