- Deposits will be refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee, for reservations cancelled with at least a 14 days notice. Cancellations received with less than 14 days notice will only be refunded if we are able to resell the room for the entire reserved period the 10% cancellation fee will still apply. Guests who cancel all or part of their reservation with less than 48 hours notice will be financially responsible for the entire reserved period.
