- Cancellations or changes must be made 14 days prior to arrival date to receive refund. All cancellations have a $25 processing fee per room, per night. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to arrival forfeit the full amount of deposit which is 50 percent of all charges. Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival date forfeit all charges unless room is rebooked. If we are able to fill your canceled dates, 50 percent of your charges will be credited back to your account (excluding any Spa services.) Early departures will be responsible for the full reservation. A minimum nights stay may be required. Rates based on single and double occupancy (taxes not included).
