American Flooring Solutions (AFS) was established as a professional; Carpet, Tile, Wood, and Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Company, now with over 22 years of experience. Over the years, AFS expanded, its industry offering, by introducing floor covering sales and installation services to the business. AFS has again diversified its services, and now offers stone and tile floor demolition and debris removal, as well as professional, concrete grinding (no-dust), for removing thin-set, paint, epoxy, glue, dirt, oil, and debris in preparation of new floor installations. We also offer concrete floor re-finishing, and polishing of natural stone such as Terrazzo, Marble and Travertine.
Our newest specialty service offering is, Residential and Commercial Garage Make-over’s, including Floor Coating, and Storage Equipment. We prepare the concrete floor using our no-dust grinding machines, and then apply initial epoxy paint finish to floor, then add Color Flakes (optional), and then applying final sealer finish to floor for a rich, beautiful look. In addition, AFS offers a complete line of industrial grade storage cabinets, and organizers to complete the garage, and also provide useful function.
American Flooring Solutions is a licensed and insured flooring contractor. We are also authorized representatives, and installers of manufacturers flooring materials, cabinets, and equipment. We service both Sarasota, and Manatee Florida Counties.
