They were very responsive both via phone and email when I called to add spares to the order. Shipping was fast and but when it arrived was missing a couple of bolts. I sent an email to them explaining the issue so that they could pass the feedback on to the manufacturer. And the next day I had a package from them arrive at my door with an apology note and an extra pack of sanding discs - great customer service.
