Mike Darke's Home Services installed our front and back decks. We are having problems with the decks and cannot get him to come out to tell us how he will rectify the issues. One major concern is the boards popping up to the extent that one could actually trip. In addition, there are many details that were not attended to so that we have a very expensive deck with shoddy workmanship. We have tried repeatedly to get Mike to come out and look at the decks. He actually sets up a date and time and fails to show up. We have been inconvienced many times in the recent months. It is almost impossible to get in touch with him by phone as he does not return any of our phone calls. In addition, his mail box is frequently full. This man is so unprofessional, I don't know how he has stayed in business. As it stands now, we will be contacting our lawyer. This was an expensive project and we just can accept this kind of poor workmanship.
