Imperia World Trade Is the one of the best company I ever deal with. I was ordered some packing machinery and taps for my business use, their customer service is great but I have an issue with the machine. Actually, I can't operate it. So I called customer service of the IWT and they very politely answer me and explain to me how to operate and that's very easy. I am impressed with their behavior with the customer. I am a regular customer of IWT.
