I was premature in complaining about Mr Juan Luis Ortiz. Mr. Ortiz crew returned this morning and did an excellent job. Senior Citizen can trust Mr Ortiz to complete the job as planned, they just have to be more patient. Like in my case. Its good to have Mr Ortiz in the neighborhood.
