Was charged a 35% deposit as opposed to the 20% noted on the website. Trailer was a week late arriving, was used to carry another trailer out of the factory. The trailer wasn't built to the specifications I had given them. I returned trailer to their dealer over 400 miles away, at my expense. They still wanted to charge me a $300 delivery fee and a 10% "restocking fee". They also overcharged my credit cart $40 over the invoice amount. The matter is in dispute with my credit card company.
