After using them for my carpet cleaning supply needs for over 20 years, I ordered a full cleaning unit and van system from them. This was my third system I had purchased over the years, buy first through Jon Don, and LAST. Vehicle was delivered to them for a 3 day install on 1/5/206. It was not delivered to my for use until 1/31/2016. I was still dealing with billing issues, all the way through 3/30/16. Was also promised compilation for all the delays but never seen any of it. WILL NEVER BUY A UNIT FROM THEM AGAIN. Would recommend shopping around for a move suitable vender. Many more to choice from than Jon Don.
