Wonderful energy and personality. Showed up on time (even gave me a check-in call 30 mins before our scheduled appointment) and then put a new lock on my front door with matching keys. Really just a nice guy and so totally professional. Obviously needing a locksmith isn't at the top of anyone's wants but, if you need one, he is truly an A+.
