He is awesome - I wish I'd run across him a couple months ago. He is the third person who has come to look at my locks, and the one who finally fixed all the lingering issues once and for all, in less than 30 minutes. I hope I won't need another locksmith for a long time, but when I do, you can bet I'll call him.
