We worked with Brian from M.G.A Garage Door Repair. He came out to our house and advised us on a design. He didn't make one call back to follow up. He let us think about it for several weeks and didn't continue to bug us, which we appreciated. We did know, after some months of thinking about what to do, that we wanted to call Brian back and use him.
