This hotel was simply amazing from start to finish. Staff members were so helpful, friendly, and with that fantastic mix of formality and dedication to service. When I heard my waiter pointing out to the restaurant manager that he thought my dinner, would have benefitted from the addition of vegetables on the plate, I knew I was in a place where everyone cared passionately.
