I ordered flowers for my mom and my the flowers delivered on time. I called up the store and they offered to deliver the flowers to a more convenient address for me and even gave chocolates. I was hoping to get it before I left the office and I was glad that the delivery man was calling me that he's on its way after an hour. That's the ideal customer service!
