i ended up having a sever allergic reaction and became temporarily BLIND! my ees were red and swollen shut. my boyfriend drove me and lead me into the office to see her. i was refused "no-walk-ins." i went to urgent care. immediately they said, "oh my God, can you breathe, are you in pain, do we need to call 911?" they helped me but i needed a referral from boozer for a specialist. i had to call anthem blue cross for her to see me. the next day i had to throw a loud fit to get my referral. still she didn't see me.
