It was Sam the assigned technician for hvac heating repair. So glad that they sent out an expert technician for my unit issues. I had no worries watching him doing the repair for he knew the best procedure to fix the problem. He even made a checklist for him not to miss any parts of my unit that needed to be checked and fixed. His work was really good. He made my unit's condition back to normal. I was delighted that it worked perfectly again.
