Kevin was impressive! He was expert, proficient, and he was able to educate me on what's the reason why my oven was overheating and how he was going to fix it and offered to check out a couple of other things. He had my appliance fixed in less than an hour and charged me a very reasonable priced. I will use them again for any other appliance repair needs in the future!
