Outstanding! Sam arrived early and was a very nice and professional person to deal with. I was so appreciative that the technician has a great potential to fix my ac that was not kicking on. He knew the best techniques to locate the parts that need to fix and replace, thus he just completed the repair the same day. I was really amazed by his performance! The quality of the repair was really good. Very satisfying!
