Yesterday, I called Appliance Repair Downey because our refrigerator was over freezing. The technician arrived and came 30 minutes after the call. He examined and later on managed the problem. He told me that the common reason it was over freezing was that the coils were dirty and dusty so the compressor needed to work harder and longer to keep the freezer temperature at freezing temperature. The technician was very informative and knowledgeable about his job. I am glad that I called this company. Their technicians were very good!
