You amazed me! It was Sam the assigned technician for ac and heater repair. He's really good at it, thus he's not having difficulties in checking up the problems and he knew exactly what to do to address it. I also liked his preparation for he had everything for the successful repair. I had the best experience with him for he made the best quality. It was above and beyond!
