I was glad that they sent out Sam for heater repair. As he arrived, he then asked me to start the repair. He's really smart for he could check the problem promptly and was able to identify which parts were necessary to be disregarded for replacements. I was then happy with the quality for it was 100% satisfying. He did a perfect repair! I truly appreciate his hard work. Thanks for the best help!
