Sam was great! He has excellent and prompt service. He's also attentive and courteous. We're happy that he's the one we hired for our ac and heater repair service needs. He's really an expert for he knew everything about how to fix the problems. All the parts were checked and fixed within an hour. We liked the quality of the repair.
