I had an appointment for 1pm on a Tuesday for eyelash extensions. The night prior, I was working an event until 4:30am. With very little sleep, I still made the drive 55 minutes away to make that appointment. When I arrived at 1pm, the salon was closed (locked with the lights off & no one inside). I decided to wait outside in case someone was running late. When I checked back at 1:15, the salon was still closed. At 1:18pm I called, but no one picked up so I left a message. Since I had forced myself to get up and make the drive down, I didn't want to give up that easily and naively wanted to wait further. So, I grabbed some lunch around the corner. Around 2:30, I came back to find someone at the front desk. I confronted her with the following: 1. She failed to keep the appointment 2. No one had attempted to return my message 3. M=No apologies (she claimed she was there at 1pm!) I was just so fed up with how unprofessional their business, that I just left. Instead of paying $170 for a set of eyelash extensions, I paid a great deal more for my lack of sleep, gas & drive, parking, lunch, wasted time, naiveté’s and anger. Definitely not worth it! THERE'S A LOT OF OTHER EYELASH EXTENSION SALONS THAT PROVIDE MORE AFFORDABLE PRICES, GREAT SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL STAFF! PLEASE THINK TWICE & DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT COMING HERE!!!!
