These guys were very responsive, and asked the right questions right off the bat. Tech did ask me to bring in the machine, and was clear about the budget, and whether the cost was worth it as my machine is a few years old. I have to say he was great, and while it took a bit longer than I had hoped, I pleased with my experience. It is so nice to feel as if I can trust the people to whom I entrust my computer, which has my life on it. I recommend MDofPC Doctor of Computers, and my computer seems to be really happy.
