No matter who Holt Cat sends out, all of their technicians interface in a training mode with my staff. The techs know exactly what's needed and their field notes are great. I have ALL of my equipment, Cat and Non-Cat, serviced by Holt Cat in Irving. The technicians are very professional and they are great with phone and email responses to keep me updated on the status of the work.
