Bugs in apartments. Earth worms sneak in through sliding glass door. Cheaply built and poorly maintained by rude/unprofessional property manger named, Theresa. Cold/drafty windows and doors result in high heat/electric bills. Water pressure is horrible. No designated parking spots for residence (open lot). Fake a** Management only sees you as $$$ and not actual respectable people. No back yard/privacy is next to nothing. Rent cost is outrageous! Traffic on Route 342 (main road) is ridiculous and takes forever to enter/exit EAGLE RIDGE VILLAGE. Only good thing is its close to Fort Drum. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE AND LIVE HERE!
