We needed to get our old insulation removed and all new spray-in insulation put in. The first guys with Attic Pro did not do the best job (one guy was new) -- bare spots and didn't fully replace the decking, so I let Brendan know. He came out the next time with an experienced employee who put extra insulation in BY HAND to ensure it was done right -- in 90+ temps and took all afternoon to make sure every spot was covered and all decking replaced properly. They did an excellent job correcting the situation, and had us very pleased with the final product! I was also pleased with the frequent and easy communication with the company via Brendan. He was quick to respond, very polite, and wanted to make sure that we were totally satisfied. We would easily recommend them to our friends.
