My friend found him and was so incredibly thankful that he did. Not only did he explain everything to my friend every step of the way, but he offered advice, references, and resources. He'd take my friend's calls and answer his (annoying, inquisitive) texts day and night for months on end. Despite all of that, he was incredibly interested in making sure my friend got the exact house he'd want.
