I contacted R S Electric to get an estimate for a partial power outage. When the owner called me he said based on what he understood about my situation that it was most like the fault of the power company and I should contact them first as there would be no charge for that. So, I did and he was correct and I appreciated his honesty up front. He could have just dispatched a team, charged me for their service, only to have them tell me it was an external problem. So his honesty and integrity is very much appreciated. The other company I called was ready to dispatch their team right away and did not bother to alert me. I am glad I waited for Mr. Stegall to respond before I called anyone in. I would certainly recommend R S Electric. Thank you.
