Adrian at Planet Van Lines lied to me from the beginning. He assured me he was not a broker as * had told him of my previous experience moving to California. He assured me that a PVL truck would pickup my belongings and deliver them to my home. After he got my deposit he never returned a phone call. I called every number I had and left messages. He never called back. My son was the alternate number, he received a call and he was told that I should call back. I did and they did not answer. I told him where I lived and the road conditions. He said it was no problem. When the truck showed up he refused to park on the road on front of my house. They would only rent a U HAUL, offload everything and deliver it that way. That was another $500. When I complained to the driver he told me to call PVL. And good luck on talking to someone. The only reason I have them a 2 star rating is because of the two drivers that showed up at my house. They did not work for PVL and we're as nice as could be. We were only missing one item, although we did receive an ugly tray that did not belong to us. My first experience moving my son to Cali was a disaster. Adrian assured me he had my back.
