We did a lot of work on the old 1940s house and Richard and team were awesome. Ran into various challenges but there was give and take and we made it happen. Really really love what we did together and we did everything we could to keep our side of the deal while Richard did that and more on his side. Good guy and good team. Can't recommend them more.
