I was pleased with the professionalism exhibited by the technician who dealt with my furnaces repair needs. He's not getting tired of dealing with the problem. I saw that he exerted so much effort to complete the repair the same day. The problems were all fixed after 2 hours and 35 minutes. It was a good repair.
