I called Bryan, asked him to come out at his earliest convenience, and he came out the exact same day! Very pleasant and friendly, very professional. He walked me through everything he would do, asked very politely when he needed something, and best of all, got all the gunk and dinge out of the rug (it's the same color as when I bought it now!) and even got most of the slime stains out of the couch more than I was expecting. The last service I used wasn't able to do either of those things.
