The technician I had is qualified to handle repairs. He responded knowledgeably to all questions/concerns and I was also glad about the price for it was economical. I was so amazed it only took an hour to repair my ac that was not turning off. It was all fixed well. The quality is worth paying for. I added them to my contact list in case I need their help again.
